Meet Coach Will

Coach Will founded Mac Fitness after a turning point in 2019, when he felt stuck and uncertain about his direction and purpose. After working with a life coach, one thing became clear: he thrives when he’s helping others grow, not just in fitness, but in confidence, discipline, and self-belief.

Fitness had already shaped Will’s life. Training strengthened his mindset, built resilience, and helped him become a stronger version of himself. That experience became his calling: to become a personal trainer and build a gym that genuinely changes lives.

Will’s vision goes beyond individual transformation. He set out to create a Melbourne training space where people feel supported, connected, and inspired, where strangers become teammates, and the gym becomes a second home. A space that improves physical health, mental wellbeing, and belief in what’s possible.
